WHY WITH CLINIC
Harder than the first surgery,so we start again from the cause
Revision rhinoplasty is performed on a nose where tissue has adhered after previous surgery and less usable cartilage remains. The WITH CLINIC Plastic Surgery Center first identifies the cause of dissatisfaction, such as a visible, deviated or contracted implant, a drooping tip, nostril asymmetry or breathing discomfort. We then decide which materials can be used, such as donor or autologous rib cartilage, before determining the scope of surgery.
In revision surgery, defining the exact scope comes first.

Frequently asked questions
For anything else, feel free to ask through our consultation channels.
QWhen can revision be done?
It is usually performed 6 months to 1 year after the previous surgery, once swelling and adhesions have stabilized. Urgent problems such as inflammation or implant exposure may be addressed sooner after examination.
QCan I have the implant removed only?
Yes. After examination, we explain how the shape of your nose may change after removal and whether cartilage reinforcement is needed.
QWon't I end up with more scars?
In most cases the previous incision line is reused. If an open approach is needed, a small incision under the columella may be added, and it fades over time until it is hard to notice.
