We first assess your skin thickness and the direction of sagging, then choose the device and number of shots suited to the depth that needs treatment.

The two devices work at different depths. Ulthera mainly acts on the SMAS layer and Thermage on the dermis, so if you are concerned about both sagging and skin firmness, a combination may be considered. Whether to combine them is decided after consultation.
The principle is the same, but each device differs in how it delivers energy and in its tip options. We recommend a suitable device based on your skin condition, the degree of change you want and your budget.
